Mello beta. Questions: ashish123raghav@gmail.com.
Your name and email, what you tell Mello in chat, your profile choices (field of work, role, apps, hours), tasks Mello runs for you, and notes it remembers about you.
To keep the beta running well, Mello records whether you use Android or iPhone, your app version, which screens you open, when you open the app, what you do in it (for example approving an action), and crashes. The person running the beta can see these usage numbers. They can also see the requests you type to Mello (for example "make me an Excel of my tasks"), Mello's text replies to you (which can quote things from your calendar or email that you asked about) and the names of files Mello makes, so they can improve it and fix problems. They cannot read your memories, the contents of files or open your connected apps. Each time they open your usage page it is noted in your activity log.
Only the apps you choose to connect, and only what is needed to answer you: for example calendar events, email subjects and bodies, tasks and messages. Mello keeps a short summary of what it did, and the text of a message only when it turns into a request for you. Mello never sends, changes or deletes anything in your apps without your approval in the app.
Linking a personal WhatsApp number is optional and unofficial; it is not endorsed by WhatsApp and can put the number at risk. Mello looks at direct messages and group messages that mention you, and keeps only the ones that are requests.
Disconnect any app in Profile at any time. Delete your account in Profile → Delete my account; this removes your data from Mello and asks connected services to remove their saved access.
